comfy bed easy access small room limited options
the bed was super comfy. i slept well after a long day of travel. the hotel had direct access to the sentosa island monorail , made getting around very easy.
the room felt small. there was a lack of storage space for our luggage and clothes.

fantastic family stay
ample space complimentary parking wide selection
the beautiful family room had ample space for my family. complimentary parking was convenient. breakfast featured a wide selection of dishes, including local options like nasi lemak. we also appreciated the qr code for easy access to sentosa island via the monorail.
the hotel's main pool was closed for maintenance , a slight disappointment.

The beautiful family room offered adequate space. It easily accommodated luggage. there were separate basins in the well-organized bathroom so mirrors did not fog up after showers.

the hotel is a short three-minute walk from the imbiah monorail station. it provides convenient access to sentosa island attractions. a sentosa express pass is provided for each guest.

staff provided a detailed explanation of hotel and sentosa options at check-in. the staff proactively distributed mini cornetto ice cream to guests. we received really good service and felt valued throughout our stay.

mediocre stay with some issues
small room cold breakfast
The room felt small and lacked storage space. There were no wardrobes. breakfast one day was disappointing. it was cold and stale. the experience left something to be desired.

Acceptable stay, some issues exist
clean room resort ambient complimentary ice cream gluten intolerance regular milk almond milk
The room was clean. The ambient. The hotel offer complimentary ice cream to guests at certain times. Various height swimming pools were provided for kids and adults.
The breakfast area did not cater for gluten intolerance. The coffee area only had regular milk. I had to buy coffee with almond milk next door for $8. I think one or two options of other milk would be nice.

multiple pools island access helpful staff
the hotel features multiple pool areas suitable for kids and adults. it made getting around the island easy because the hotel is close to the monorail.

the hotel offers access to multiple swimming pools with thoughtful access points and beautiful landscaping around the pool areas. there are dedicated pools for children with play areas. options designed for adults.
